The function of liver is to eliminate toxin and poisons. The second function of the liver is to secrete enzymes. The important activates of the human liver are dissolution of proteins, detoxification function, bile generation disposal, enzyme secretion and sundry function these are the function involved in the liver. Let us describe these functions as follows. In dissolution of proteins amino acid is present in the meats. Amino acid is converted in to human protein. In liver excessive Proteins are produced and it is converted into urea then it will remove urea through urethra.

In detoxification several drugs and chemical like nicotine, caffeine are consumed by humans. It breakdown alcohol into carbon dioxide and water. By- products like alcohol the liver is burdened due to huge job of conversion. In bile generation the liver produces liquid called bile. It contains two components red and green bile. Yellow straining of the skin that cause jaundice. Liver is a serious disease that affects jaundices, very rarely, also leads to liver failure. Different types of enzymes are there it is useful for digestion purpose. Sundry function absorbs pressuring effect of the heart. Other important function of liver is cleansing and purification of the blood.

At first the health is monitored then the patient is thoroughly examined by the well expert doctors. Both RBC and WBC values are tested in the blood. The most important one is criterion; it is used whenever the patients need that radiation therapy. All the process has been explained thoroughly, it is normally combined with surgery or chemotherapy. Each and every case the doctor is well planned and then decides about the timing, dosages and post-radiation treatment. The physicist and dosimeters, help the doctor for who is in charge of the patient.

CT scan, MRI scan, blood tests, boon scan, ultrasound, X-ray is used. The doctor gives treatment by using the special machine that shows the beam of radiation is to be tested. After that marks the skin of the patient with the help of the tiny tattoo and x-ray are taken during the process. All calculation is done and the complete results will be issued by the doctors. Different type’s level of radiations and dosages has to be given. It depends upon the state of cancer cells. This treatment could be given daily for 5 days with a help of the doctor. The actual treatment takes only five minutes but the simulation process it will take several hours.

The modes of transmission of the virus have been described by global epidemiology of HBV. It can be introduced with minimal disruption to the existing immunization schedule. As soon as possible the first HB vaccine should be given after the child birth. In child to child the transmission varies. Parental transmission is found to contribute a significant proportion to childhood infection as in Asia. In Africa the first dose may be given with the first dose of DTP. Previously, HB vaccine was highly risky for adult.

Although people at high risk of infection should receive the vaccine, still this strategy cannot control HB throughout population for their routine immunization programmers. For this reason, many well developed countries have decided to immunize all infants. Sometimes sharing needle and sexual activity is common; some countries like Europe and North America have chosen the HB vaccine to adolescents in order to have a rapid impact on transmission disease.

HB is the only vaccine which against a major human cancer. For preventing HB transmission, vaccination is the most effective tool for HBV infection. Two different types of compounds are used in the surface antigen one is Hepatitis B virus and another one is plasma Derived or DNA recombinant. About 95 percent of the recipients are protected by Hepatitis B vaccine. From the blood the plasma -derived vaccines are taken out and destroy the virus easily. It has proved to be safe and effective. Several hundred million doses have been administered since 1982.DNA vaccine is very safe and effective. It is equal to the plasma derived vaccine. There are 3 different forms of plasma- derived vaccine there

  1. Stability
  2. Administration
  3. Compatibility
  4. Adverse reaction

In stability the HB must not be frozen then it would be destroy its potency. It should be in between +0⁰c to +8⁰c.In administration the vaccine is recommended only for infants. It is usually 90 percent and it will separated by three doses. This causes excellent seroconvert ion rate. The vaccine is administrated intramuscularly into the outer portion of the thigh. In Compatibility HB vaccine can be given simultaneously with measles, OPV, BCG, DTP and finally yellow fever vaccines. In adverse vaccine is very safety, uncommon and mild.

Cystic fibrosis is one of the primary causes of death. The mucus is the layer which is very thick and viscous that causes chloride channel problem. The function of mucus layer is to serve and capture small bits of dirt and debris which are inhaled with the aid of lung cilia, sweeping them up into the throat. People who affected by CF, the mucus is too thick to be pushed up by the cilia. It serves as a nice place for bacteria to grow. As a result, it grows up inside the lungs. White blood cell is one of the most responsible particles for airways destruction. White blood cells, which race to the scene, beat up bacteria and promptly die. Mucus wall is accumulated with dead white cells that are built up in the lungs. Then after some time, lung function starts to drop. As a result, many of the lung function decline as they get older.  Physical therapy helps to bring up the mucus using mechanical methods and coughing. These are needed to be done once or more in a day.  However the DNA or pulmozyme will repair the scarred tissues. There is some evidence that works better on the younger patients.

The main key factor for sexual transmitted diseases (STD) is lack of communication. Behavioral research on the role of condom in AIDS and STD is presented at the NIH workshop.” Look before you leap” is a healthy alternative to all human behaviors. The investigation was done by Michael resnick. National institute of child health and human development and university of Minnesota research team surveyed about the sexual behaviors. Paul and Minneapolis are the two cities were recruited school students and teenagers for general check up and they made a survey on STD and AID. The survey includes about impulsivity, health, dating behavior, including sexually transmitted diseases, previous partners and knowledge about usage of condom and so on. After the Renwick also discovered in impulsive girls were likely to have sexually transmitted diseases with more number of partners. These girls were less likely to use the condom and they were also highly impulsive. In that survey Renwick learned about impulsive girls and they had a fewer sexual partners and a lower incidence of STD. Renwick believes that communication skill can be caught and the result is less risky sexual behavior for adolescents.
